Payments Online
Make payments from your checking/savings account using the ExpertPay website. To initiate this process, access the website and register as a user. To remit payment, enter a payment amount and an effective date for the withdrawal. On the effective date, the payment will be debited from your bank account and then five business days later, the payment is sent to Ohio CSPC.

There is no charge for payments made to Ohio CSPC, however, you pay a nominal fee for payments remitted to other states. The ExpertPay website has additional details about fees.

To Make Payments Using Your Credit Card
Using e-childsPay, you can make your payment online using a credit card. To initiate this process, access the website and register as a user. e-childsPay routes your payments to the appropriate receiving state child support agency. There is a convenience fee associated with making a payment using e-childsPay that is separate from child support fees, and your credit card's bank may charge additional fees, since child support payments are treated as cash transfer (advance) payments. Your credit card is charged immediately. Once the transaction has settled with your credit card and e-childsPay receive the funds, the payment is sent to the receiving state. Please allow 7 days for the state to receive your payment.
