2017 Auditor Sale to Be Held

Mahoning County - Mahoning County Auditor Ralph T. Meacham is announcing that his office will hold the Auditor Sale of Forfeited Land on Wednesday , March 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m·. in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Mahoning County Courthouse.
The parcels being offered for sale have been offered for sale at two Sheriff Sales and were not sold. They are then forfeited to the State of Ohio for the Auditor to sell as an agent of the State.
All information regarding the parcels for sale as well as the rules of the sale can be found on the Auditor's home page on the Mahoning County website www.mahoningcountyoh .gov/.
"There are 21 parcels being offered for sale. Some have buildings and some are vacant land. I encourage anyone who may be interested to review the information on our website as this is a buyer beware sale. The County Auditor does not give any representation regarding possession, eviction, prior inspection, scheduled demolition, health code violation, or any other matter," Meacham stated.
